I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were in good condition, with a balcony and two single beds. I loved relaxing on my private balcony. The service was exceptional, and I even got upgraded thanks to the receptionist to a room where Mr Tiger, the duty manager, was attentive to every detail. The staff were always sending up a porter whenever I needed assistance.
